Action plan 

1. Make a list of the things or achievements you
would like to do. It is goal setting also. Be precise whether short-term goal or long term goal.
2. Establish a timetable so that you commit yourself to the list. But be sure that time is not
wasted unnecessarily. Better avoid always procrastination. Procastination is the thief of time.
3. Be motivated
4. Be dynamic
5. Don't have fear of failing or fear of rejection
6. Be able to use your talent
7. Be on improvement side
8. Evaluate periodically your achievements. Better have a planner - monthly for weekly
9. Don't say - "This is not my job'
10. Take decisions at right time

Read this every day
1. Set Goals
2. Plan to accomplish

Do not say: 'Some day I will set my goals'

This is lack of ambition.

A fully developed person should have

1. Integrity and honesty
2. Good communication skills
3. Interpersonal skills
4. Self discipline
5. Analytical approach
6. Flexibility
7. Pleasing personality
