ప్రతి ఏడాదిలాగే 2019 -- 20 ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో అత్యధిక  క్లెయిమ్ లను (Maturity, Death, Survival Benefit అన్నీ కలిపి) 2.15 కోట్ల క్లెయిమ్ లను ఎల్ఐసి పరిష్కరించింది. ప్రపంచంలోనే మొదటి స్థానంలో నిలిచింది. LIC సంస్థ ఒకటే 7,56,916 Death Claims పరిష్కరించింది. 13,694 కోట్ల రూపాయలను పాలసీదారుల కుటుంబాలకు చెల్లించింది. దేశంలోని మిగతా 23 ప్రైవేటు ఇన్సూరెన్స్ కంపెనీలు కలిసి కేవలం  1,14,639 క్లెయిమ్ లను పరిష్కరించాయి. 5,672 కోట్ల రూపాయలను చెల్లించాయి. LIC తిరస్కరించిన క్లెయిమ్ ల శాతం కేవలం 0.81%. క్లెయిమ్ ల పరిష్కారంలో ఎల్ఐసీ (7,58,916) తర్వాత స్థానాల్లో : SBI Life  : 22,490 Max Life : 15,463 HDFC Life : 12,626 Bazaz Allianz : 12,127 వున్నాయి.  అంటే ఎల్ఐసి కి, రెండవ స్థానంలో ఉన్న ప్రైవేట్ ఇన్సూరెన్స్ కంపెనీలకు 34 రెట్లు తేడా అన్నమాట.  ఈ వాస్తవాలను పరిశీలించిన ఎవరైనా అంటారు  East or West,LIC is the Best అని.

Life Insurance Corporation of India  has launched a digital application for agents for onboarding to get a life insurance policy. The Digital Application is called  “ANANDA”,  which is an acronym for  Atma Nirbhar Agents NewBusiness Digital Application.  The Digital application is a tool for the onboarding process to get the life insurance policy through a paperless module with the help of the agent or intermediary.
